What is Vonfire Games?

At Vonfire Games, we connect hybrid and remote teams no matter where they are. We do this through creative and fun games, using a Gamification platform that features purpose-driven stories, fictional characters, team competitions, and unexpected moments that keep motivation and interest high.

What can I achieve through Vonfire Games?

Cultural transformation processes are accelerated because people step out of their usual routines in a fun way, yet always with a serious objective. Whether it’s putting organizational values into practice, integrating merged teams or new hires, promoting well-being, enhancing in-person events, conducting an objectives kick-off, celebrating achievements, assessing leadership capabilities, or implementing actions for environmental awareness and sustainability.

What is the main purpose of each game?

We offer solutions for Team Building, Well-Being, and Sustainability. Each solution has a specific purpose, and all participants earn points to achieve it. Additionally, every participant earns points individually and for their team. The competitive spirit is a key factor in successfully reaching the desired outcomes.

What is the duration of each game?

The duration is flexible and can range from 1 hour (in real-time) to 12 months (in an asynchronous format).

How many people can participate?

The minimum number of participants is 6 and the maximum is 100,000. Participants are always grouped into teams, with an average of 5 people per team (minimum 3 and maximum 12 people per team). Each participant has a personalized user account in the web app.

What does the company need to do?

The company’s responsibilities are to choose the purpose of the game, form the teams, and share the launch. The rest of the process is handled by Vonfire, including pre-event communication, the launch, direct interaction with participants via chat and email, and the delivery of the final report. The process includes the option to view metrics and progress for each participant and team in real time.

How much time does it require from the participants?

Asynchronous games are designed for participants to invest between 5 to 15 minutes per week, with the option to extend the time if they want to achieve higher quality results. Real-time games are conducted in a single 60-minute competition, with everyone participating simultaneously. All games reward quick execution, stimulating agility among participants.

How is the pre-event preparation executed and what is its purpose?

The purpose of the pre-event preparation is to generate curiosity and anticipation to increase participation. This is achieved through short 1-minute videos, emails, and chat groups. It includes the involvement of a fictional character inviting participants to a mission or challenge with a clear purpose, personalized with messages and texts aligned with the company’s objectives and values.

Can I participate in remote, hybrid and in-person formats?

The games are designed not only for hybrid and remote teams but also for in-person teams that need an agile solution with technology and remote management.

How is it integrated into our internal communication platform?

To maintain engagement and communication in a simple and smooth manner, Vonfire’s fictional characters communicate with participants via chat and email. They can use the preferred communication channel of the organization and its members, whether it’s WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, Humand, or any other chosen platform.

How is the success of each experience measured?

Before starting each experience, specific and measurable objectives are set. Participants can provide feedback on their experience through the web app, rating and commenting on each challenge received or completed. Success is measured by platform access, the number of challenges completed, execution speed, the performance of captains in leading their teams, individual scores, team scores, and overall organizational scores. The process also includes internal award nominations, where participants vote among their peers to recognize those who excelled in various categories during the game.
