The game is excellent, it was a very good opportunity for the parents to participate with their children, they had a lot of fun. Very good idea to create intrigue and expectation a few days before the game, in this way they arrived super excited thinking what was waiting for them and what they would find.

    Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)

What are the development stages of the work teams?

According to psychologist Bruce Tuckman, work teams go through 5 stages of development from the first meeting until the project is finalized:

    1. Forming: Team members meet for the first time. It is important that team leaders facilitate presentations and highlight each person’s skills and background. Team members also receive project details and the opportunity to organize their responsibilities.

    2. Storming: Team members share ideas openly and use this as an opportunity to stand out and be accepted by their peers. Leaders help teams at this stage by having a plan to manage competition among team members, facilitate communication, and ensure projects stay on track.

    3. Norming: Teams have discovered how to work together. There is no more internal competition, and the responsibilities and objectives are clear. Each person works more efficiently because they have learned to share their ideas and listen to feedback as they work toward a common goal.

    4. Performiing: There is a high level of cohesion and trust among team members. Teams are operating at maximum efficiency with less supervision from team leaders. Problems still arise, but at this point, teams have strategies to solve problems without compromising deadlines and progress.

    5. Adjourning: Teams complete their project and report on what went well and what could be improved for future projects. Team members then move on to new projects.

    What is team development?

Team building is a structured process of taking a group of people (employees, students, volunteers, committee members, etc.), teaching them to appreciate the differences each has, and learning to work toward a shared goal. Working groups become a cohesive team when they learn to appreciate their differences and this cohesion helps the group meet goals in an efficient way.

In addition, the development of work teams involves defining effective strategies with the intention of providing an effective solution to problems. In this way you can decide, plan and consolidate the plans that allow you to delegate the responsibilities to each member of the team, thus allowing the objectives to be achieved together.
