For DHL, the work environment and the well-being of its teams are very important. Their investment is reflected in their continued presence on the Great Place to Work podium globally over the past few years.
They needed to celebrate Finance Week by integrating 16 countries in Latin America, maintaining team spirit and respecting the cultural diversity of each region.
The process had to include interaction among individuals and teams working in remote, hybrid, and in-person formats, with simple technological requirements to allow employees with limited digital skills to participate.



The week before, they received a motivational video, outlining the purpose of the game and a personalized message.

48 hours before the mission, mission leader Javier Bond created WhatsApp groups with each team to prepare them and start the integration.

Guided by a professional Game Master, their mission was to break the ice and create the ideal atmosphere for the teams to fully experience the mission.

Each team met in another video call to tackle the challenges in real-time and as quickly as possible, emphasizing agility, teamwork and creativity.

Everyone returned to the group video call. The Game Master announced the winners, congratulated all the teams and asked them how they accomplished the mission.

It included all the metrics from the experience, data from the final survey and the content created by each team.
