The merger was presented as a way to combine the strengths of both companies. The goal was to leverage Avon’s extensive distribution network, with millions of sales representatives, while maintaining Natura’s innovative and sustainable approach.

 

Avon had a more transactional work culture, focused on results and performance, while Natura prioritized employee well-being and personal development.

 

The challenge was to create an environment where both organizational cultures could coexist, fostering adaptability and respect for differences, maximizing each company’s strengths, and minimizing cultural friction.

The Solution

Javier Bond, the secret agent leading the game, kept in touch with each team captain through his secret WhatsApp line.

At the end, a surprise congratulatory letter written by the director who started the game appeared.

Everyone could choose and vote for the individuals who stood out during the mission in different categories.

A Game Master led the final video call to announce the winners, congratulate them and find out how they achieved it.
