Secret, creative and fun missions
A team game led by our agent Javier Bond, who will assign secret and creative missions so that the team gets to know each other and bond in a fun way. Through his WEB-APP, Bond will send missions with specific targets through which teams will score points. All participants will have a role leading missions and receiving missions when they are targeted.

The results were immediate. It began to generate, even in virtuality, a different atmosphere those days. We started to meet the B-side of our peers. It made us leave our comfort zone, it helped us break paradigms and live with each other delirious, fun, innovative moments, even introspection. I would repeat it without hesitation.
I think the commitment to this activity was excellent. People were able to develop, understand and recognize, not only their colleagues, but also people from other areas. They showed themselves as they are and did things that they were not used to doing, in a group. It was very positive for the entire company. We are very happy with the activity, I think that from now on and in the following 12 months we will have better results in every way.
